William has been providing high-quality financial advice for nearly 30 years and founded HWM in 2011. He enjoys long-term relationships advising and looking after his clients as well as running the business. In his private life, he has 4 children and enjoys traveling, playing tennis and golf, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Grant has been advising since 2015, having worked in advisory businesses since leaving University in 2006. He has built up great experience advising clients on investments, retirement planning, legacy / estate planning and protection needs. Based in Glasgow, Grant covers all of Central Scotland in and around Glasgow & the West, as well as travelling to Edinburgh regularly. In his free time Grant enjoys keeping his 2 daughters Katie & Mhairi occupied, with his wife Rona, and also has keen interests in Photography, Golf and Cooking.

Having been in financial services for the last 30 years working as an IFA. Living in Auchtermuchty, and primarily covers Fife, Perthshire, Glasgow and the Central belt. Specialising in pensions and investments and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of portfolio and retirement planning.
Offering a focused and highly personalised service, evidenced by a high number of long lasting client relationships. When not working he enjoy exploring the Fife countryside with my wife, family and the dogs.

The busiest man in HWM. Darren runs the office day to day and provides support to the advisers. Operating a dual role, he is also the lending and protection specialist and helps individuals and businesses with mortgages together with BTL and commercial loans. Outside of work, he has 3 small children and also enjoys socialising with friends and watching sports.

Will has worked in financial services for over 10 years. His role involves providing administration and paraplanning assistance to the Financial Advisers. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching football, socialising with friends and spending time with his family, recently becoming a father for the first time to baby Aria.

Emma is the offices admin apprentice, who is developing her skills in the business. She fitted in straight away and she is keen, able and really enjoys working in a fast paced client facing environment. She helps with regular administrative tasks around the office, and in her spare time enjoys fitness and reading, as well as enjoying poetry and Shakespeare..
